Staff were very amiable and attentive at any hour!!

The hotel was unique, the room was brand-new, the beds were comfy. Coffee, yogurt, and fresh fruit for breakfast were all good. The location was perfect and incredible, just off Piazza del Campo and the Torre Mangia and a short walk from the main bus station, in a pedestrian area. Tried some nice meals at Osteria il Ghibellino, located not very far from the venue. The service was all in all excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed Siena, the hotel was gorgeous and special to the main center of the city. The rooms were new-fashioned and beautifully designed with balcony overlooking piazza and the beds were very comfy. The location was exceptional, just a pleasant stroll away from a national art museum.

The a double room was very good sized and air conditioned with a stunning view. This accommodation was in the super central location on the pedestrian street.

The hotel was romantic, had fantastic views and incredible location very close to the city center of Siena, centar with the view of the main piazza and the main square. Everything was simply really good.

The service provided there was excellent. Booked a room with stunning views of the cathedral. The breakfast offered a lot of good meals. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main center of the city and helpful nature and all the attractions and delicious restaurants.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a charming Tuscan city and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location right in the center of everything was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. Plus, the rooms offered stunning views of the famous Piazza del Campo. I felt like I was living in a postcard, it was that beautiful. The rooms were also incredibly well-decorated, with high ceilings and attention to detail that really made me feel immersed in the Italian atmosphere. The bathroom was equally impressive, with modern fixtures and a luxurious feel. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious and served directly to my room. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring this wonderful city.

Air conditioned room, everything was really good. Location: the hotel was near the main center of the Sienna and the Il Campo which is the town square. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Il Bandierino, ate there couple of times.

Everything in this hotel was really good: incredible location and excellent staff. We really enjoyed our air conditioned room with a great view. The food was good, excellent service

During my Christmas stay, the staff was pretty nice, and they offered us some complementary drinks at night, which was a nice touch. The location was amazing, a stone's throw from the main square, and we enjoyed the Christmas market there. We had a decent view of the town from our room, and it was great that we could walk to all the attractions.

Sadly, we couldn't enjoy these advantages thanks to the horrid bedbugs we found in our bed! It was so disgusting that we couldn't sleep at night, and we had to change our room twice.
